Return & Refund Policy

At Nepal Vending, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the following terms.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Opened consumable products, including tea, coffee, milk powder, premixes, and other food or beverage items.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Gift cards, if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer support with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
